Jeff Messman is a jazz and classical pianist comfortable in both solo and ensemble settings. He is a freelance musician with experience performing in weddings, private parties, public concerts, and church services. He has performed in New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., Seattle, St. Louis, and Boston.
In 2008, Jeff recorded his first studio album. Entitled Journey, it consists of his original compositions. In 2012, Jeff and drummer Shane Robles released an album called Yankee Samba which fuses traditional swing and Latin jazz. The album includes standards, original compositions, and a free improvisation.
Jeff has also served as a vocal accompanist for soloists, choirs and musicals. He has studied with recording and touring artist Peter Martin. Jeff graduated from Principia College in May of 2014 with a BA in Music Performance.
